YOGA IS A LIFELONG JOURNEY TO REACH WELL-BEING WITH ONESELF AND WITH OTHERS.

YOGA IS A LIFELONG JOURNEY TO REACH WELL-BEING WITH ONESELF AND WITH OTHERS.

YOGA IS AN ART OF LIVING, AN anciant PHILOSOPHY
that emerged IN INDIA THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO,
yet ITS PRINCIPLES AND VALUES ARE OF AN surprising MODERNITY.

A regular YOGA PRACTICE HELPS to IMPROVE OUR EXISTENCE and CONNECT WITH OUR SOUL, WITH SIMPLICITY, HUMILITY, TOLERANCE, care, RESPECT, and GRATITUDE
FOR one another.

TODAY, about 350 MILLION PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD
LIVE THIS constant redISCOVERY journey.

My journey started more than 10 years ago. At the time, I was a professional model, and I had just finished my studies in fine chemistry in Moscow.

My existence was made of travels and destinations around the world, to all continents.
I discovered the world and its different cultures,
while I was immersed in the world of fashion,
that  of the cult of beauty, luxury, the body, appearances and transience.

Everyone draws what they can from their own experiences.

Modelling gave me the taste for precision, efficiency, professionalism and detachment.

A picture taken is a thousandth of a second that no longer belongs to you.
Your image is traded, distributed and you suddenly become a mere spectator of your own image.
This experience was very constructive for me.
More or less consciously,
it led me to embrace the life of a Yogi while revealing the woman I am today.

One day, in September 2009, I felt the urge to push the door
of the yoga centre nearest to my home in Paris.
It so happens that this door was that of Faeq Biria,
a disciple of BKS Iyengar, whose message and training techniques
he has been spreading around the world to this day.

During these years of teaching, training courses and retreats,
this renowned man, acknowledged by all, has become my referent, my Master.

With lot of hard work and humility, I graduated in 2016.
Faeq Biria personally validated my diploma of Iyengar Yoga Certified Teacher.
I owe him gratitude and respect forever.

Since then, I have been sharing my Yogi life
between an assiduous daily practice, personal training
-to continue to improve and progress in the world of Yoga-
and teaching my students, to whom I intend to transmit everything I learn as faithfully as possible.
