My journey\u00a0started<\/strong>\u00a0more than\u00a010 years<\/strong>\u00a0ago. At the time, I was a professional\u00a0model,<\/strong>\u00a0and I had just finished my studies in\u00a0fine chemistry<\/strong>\u00a0in\u00a0Moscow.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

My\u00a0existence\u00a0<\/strong>was made of travels and\u00a0destinations\u00a0around the world, <\/strong>to all continents.
\nI discovered\u00a0<\/strong>the\u00a0world\u00a0<\/strong>and its\u00a0different cultures,<\/strong>
\nwhile I was\u00a0immersed\u00a0<\/strong>in the\u00a0world of fashion,
\nthat\u00a0 of the cult of beauty, luxury, the body, appearances and transience.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Everyone draws what they can from their own experiences.<\/p>\n

Modelling<\/strong>\u00a0gave\u00a0<\/strong>me the taste\u00a0for precision,\u00a0efficiency,<\/strong>\u00a0professionalism\u00a0<\/strong>and detachment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A picture taken<\/strong> is a thousandth of a second that no longer belongs to you<\/strong>.
\nYour image<\/strong> is traded<\/strong>, distributed <\/strong>and you suddenly become a mere spectator <\/strong>of your own image.
\nThis experience was very constructive for me.
\nMore or less consciously<\/strong>,
\nit led me to embrace the life of a Yogi<\/strong> while revealing the woman<\/strong> I am today.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

One day, in September 2009<\/strong>, I felt the urge to push the door
\nof the yoga centre<\/strong> nearest to my home in Paris.
\nIt so happens that this door was that of Faeq Biria,<\/strong>
\na disciple of BKS Iyengar,<\/strong> whose message<\/strong> and training techniques
\n<\/strong>\u00a0he has been spreading around the world<\/strong> to this day.<\/p>\n

During these years of teaching, training courses and retreats<\/strong>,
\nthis renowned man, acknowledged by all, has become my referent, my Master<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With lot of hard work<\/strong> and humility<\/strong>, I graduated in 2016.
\nFaeq Biria<\/strong> personally validated my diploma of Iyengar Yoga Certified Teacher.
