This is why Antonina Rubina, founder of Lemon & Love Yoga is also co-founder of the “APO Assuciazione” Association, in via Sanguinari, Parata, Capo di Feno.
This is a strong commitment, and we want to share this purpose with you.
You will get to know botanists, ornithologists, coastguards, Natura 2000 representatives…
all those men and women who dedicate their lives to making this remarkable live scenery last and benefit future generations.
We have selected several sites revealing the beauty and diversity of Corsica’s natural environments. A simple pair of shoes will do the trick, but also all your attention and listening skills: we guarantee you an unforgettable trip, and we are happy to guide you and keep you company during this journey.

The purpose of the “Capo Assuciazione” association is to study and/or undertake actions that can help in the knowledge, protection and improvement of the natural environment.
Its aim is mainly to safeguard – especially in the areas of the Route des Sanguinaires, Parata, Capo di Feno and the Gulf of Ajaccio – the wild fauna and flora, together with the various environments upon which they depend (rocks, landscapes, sites, soils, air and water).
The association strives, within the limits of its resources, to achieve these goals by the following means:
The voluntary members of the “Capo Assuciazione” Association will gladly share and reveal the natural treasures of the Island of Corsica that we want to preserve with all our strength.

At Lemon & Love Yoga, we make safety in general and health in particular, a top priority.
During long stays, a doctor is present onsite 24 hours a day.
Our course locations are less than 30 minutes away from the emergency service of the Ajaccio Hospital.
A defibrillator is available at all our training sites.
All public areas are subject to cleaning and disinfection operations several times a day.
All the health standards required by the French government concerning the practice of Yoga, and the conditions of private meetings in closed spaces and in the open air, including protective health measures related to COVID-19, are scrupulously respected.
